Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how BIGO1 INC., doing business as VibeCaller ("VibeCaller," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the VibeCallerwebsite and our AI voice-agent service for restaurants (collectively, the "Service"). VibeCaller is offered only to businesses located in the United States, and the Service is intended for use in the United States.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by BIGO1 INC. (dba VibeCaller). For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

3. Information we collect

Account and profile information

You sign in with Google. When you authenticate, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information only to create and secure your account and to communicate with you. We do not receive your Google password.

Business and point-of-sale (POS) data

When you connect a POS provider — Square or Clover — you authorize VibeCaller to access certain information from that provider on your behalf. Depending on the provider and the scopes you grant, this may include your menu and catalog items, prices, modifiers, business locations, business profile details, and the access tokens needed to maintain the connection. We use this data to configure and operate your AI phone agent.

Menu files you upload

If you upload a menu (PDF or images) instead of connecting a POS, we process those files to extract a structured catalog for your agent.

Call and voice data

The Service answers phone calls forwarded from your restaurant number. In doing so, we process call audio and may generate transcripts, order details, and call metadata (such as time, duration, and caller phone number) so the agent can take orders and you can review call history. This may include information about the people who call your restaurant (see "Callers and our role" below).

Billing information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Usage and technical data

We collect operational logs, device and browser information, and diagnostic telemetry to keep the Service secure, reliable, and performant.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Configure your AI phone agent from your menu, hours, and POS catalog.
  • Answer calls, take orders, and provide call history.
  • Process subscriptions and billing.
  • Communicate with you about your account and support requests.
  • Monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service, including evaluating and improving AI performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Third-party services we use

We use trusted third parties to provide the Service. Some are providers you connect yourself; others are infrastructure vendors that process information only as needed to operate the Service on our behalf. They fall into the following categories:

  • Authentication — Google (Google sign-in / OAuth), which provides your name, email, and profile picture when you sign in.
  • Point-of-sale integrations — Square and Clover, which provide your catalog, menu, location, and business data when you connect them.
  • Cloud hosting and database providers — to host the application and store your account and business data.
  • Telephony providers — to provision phone numbers and route calls to the AI agent.
  • AI / large-language-model providers — to parse menus and power the voice agent, including generating transcripts and order details.
  • Payment processors — to process subscription billing.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers — for hosting, security, and operational monitoring.

We will provide the names of the specific sub-processors we use on request. Each processes information only as needed to perform its function and under obligations to protect it.

6. Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google account data only to provide and improve the authentication feature described above, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

7. How we use POS data and how to revoke access

We access Square and Clover data solely to set up and run your AI phone agent — primarily to read your menu, catalog, prices, and locations. We request the minimum scopes needed for these features, and we do not request payment, funds-movement, or payment-card scopes from your POS provider. You can disconnect a POS integration at any time from your account settings, which revokes VibeCaller's ongoing access; you may also revoke access directly from the provider's dashboard.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

  • the sub-processors listed above, to provide the Service on our behalf;
  • your own connected accounts and providers, as you direct (e.g., your POS);
  • authorities or other parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public;
  • a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

9. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active so we can provide the Service. We do not delete your data on a fixed schedule. You can delete your account at any time, and you may request deletion of your personal information; when you do, we will delete or de-identify it, except where we are required or permitted to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Callers and our role as a service provider

When your restaurant's calls are handled by VibeCaller, we process information about the people who call you (such as their phone number, order details, and call audio) on your behalf and at your direction. For that caller information, your restaurant is the party responsible for how it is collected and used, and VibeCaller acts as a service provider / processor. You are responsible for providing any notices to, and obtaining any consents from, your callers that applicable law requires — including with respect to call recording and transcription (see the Terms of Service).

12. Payments and card data

The only payment we handle is your VibeCaller subscription, and we do not collect, store, or record full payment card numbers. Your subscription is billed through our payment processor, Stripe, which securely collects and processes your card details on our behalf. We receive only limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits, and billing status — never the full card number.

We do not collect or process payment for your customers' orders. Your customers pay you directly (for example, at your restaurant), so the Service never handles your customers' payment card details.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Illinois residents. The Service converts calls to text transcripts using automated speech recognition. It does not create voiceprints or use voice-biometric analysis to identify callers, and it does not use call audio to build biometric identifiers. We therefore do not collect or store biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA). If our practices change, we will update this policy and obtain any consent that BIPA requires.

14. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

15. U.S.-only service

The Service is offered and intended for use in the United States only. We do not target it to individuals outside the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
